HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer

I purchased my HP 2755 in the summer of 2021, so it's not that old. Out of nowhere, the printer started to have multiple blinking lights (power light, cancel light, paper light and information light). The screen symbols also blink. I tried multiple different troubleshoots from what HP lists online, but the printer doesn't even connect with my laptops (windows or mac). I tried both via wireless and usb cable, but still no connection established. All it does is have multiple lights blink constantly. Today, I found that there was a loose piece inside the printer, it is a small spring with two loops, one on each end. My guess is that this loose spring is what is causing the issue. I don't know where the spring comes from, I was hoping that HP could provide some sort of internal map on the HP 2755 so that I can check all the areas that need to have a small spring with two loops, one on each end of it, and so that I can put it back in place and see if that solves the issue. Please advise.
