Hi,
I have just set up my new printer that was supposed to come with 3 months free trial of Instant ink.
I want to experience three months first and decide.
However when I logged into the account it showing next payment due and it doesnt mention the free trial anywhere.
How do I get a 3-month experience? I dont want to be charged when I suppose to have a free trial. How can I slove this.
And when I go to https://instantink.hpconnected.com/r/rebrand_printer_choice/new/series?family=officejet_pro, my print model does not exist. Is my printer model available for "Instant Ink" service?
How do I go about resolving this issue please? Please give me a quick reply. Thank you.
Printer Model Name: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978
Claim number of the printer: 42idgr248oca
Instant ink Email Address: somin8382@gmail.com
Address to ship the cartridge: Vancouver
Do you need black or colour ink cartridges? : Both

Hey there! @venus3,
Please check the contents of your printer box for an enrollment code relating to your trial.
Your printer should have come with either an enrollment key or a claim code. You should be able to add any promo code during the last phase of the enrollment.
If you have the printer enrolled and if the 3-month trial was not applied, send me a screenshot of the trial in a private message with the details below.
So, I can look at your account and get the trial applied.
If you still have issues please share few details in a private message, so I can check the account details and help you in crediting the free months to you.

Please try and sign into your Instant Ink account again and on the Home page to the right you should see the message attached. Click "See free months details" to show that you have 2 free trial months plus 3 free promo months. You should be good to go!!!
