Hi All,

 

I have had 2 errors with my HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E786dn.

  1.  a 63.00.21 Error which resolved itself after switching the printer on and off.
  2.  the error 30.03.45 Scanner failure keeps popping up even with me attempting to scan any documents. 

Any ideas on how to remedy this problem.

The 30.03.45 error does not appear in the troubleshooting document for this model. for other models the suggested troubleshooting step is to perform a partial clean and then ensure you  have the most current firmware installed.
