I’m facing a problem with my hp printers (2600/2700/3639/2510) bcs they don’t prin the 2nd pages of a 2 or more pages document. . It appears and error on the screen and a light flashes. Once I touch the bllinking light , they go on and print 2nd and other pages.
It happens even with my new 2510 I just installed.
It’s very annoying and I can’t find a solution for that.
Thanks.

Hi @AlFo2,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your HP printers not printing the second pages of multi-page documents. It's possible that there could be a few reasons causing this problem. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check the printer settings: Ensure that the print settings are configured correctly. Make sure the printer is set to print all pages of the document rather than just the first page or a specific range.
- Update printer drivers: Outdated or incompatible printer drivers can cause printing issues. Visit the official HP website and download the latest drivers for your specific printer model. Install the updated drivers and see if the problem persists.
- Clear print queue: Sometimes, the print queue can get stuck or corrupted, causing printing errors. Clear the print queue by canceling all print jobs and restarting the printer. Then try printing the document again.
- Reset the printer: Power off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Then plug it back in and power it on. This can help reset any temporary glitches in the printer's internal system.
- Check for firmware updates: Visit the HP support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. Firmware updates can often address known issues and improve printer performance.
- Verify paper and tray settings: Ensure that the paper size and type settings on the printer match the document you're trying to print. Also, check that the paper tray is loaded correctly and not jammed.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Check your printer
Make sure your printer is securely connected to your PC. The ink isn't running out and the ink cartridges are not clogged. There's enough paper in the paper tray. Restart your printer and give it a refresh, it could be just a glitch.
