Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

419. Paper feed not taking paper. icons flashing are: No.2 [error], no. 3 [paper error], no. 8 [printhead icons]. HP support tells me to clean paper feed using long cotton swab, and to roll the rollers with a finger. At 69 years this is a bit difficult. The ink jet printers were much easier to self service. Thanks for any tips.
