It will not print.  It is connected, sounds like it is printing, but the pages are blank.  It won't scan either.  Cartridges are full, I have pulled them out, replaced them, rebooted the printer, reset the wireless connection, and it still won't print.

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. 

 

This printer supports printing in single-cartridge mode. Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times as shown in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Print a quality report to check the result.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue with the printer as the ink cartridges are already replaced assuming you are using HP ink cartridges. 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
