I know little about computers or other devices. I was trying to print a document and nothing happened. Worked fine last time.
Did the troubleshooting and it says my printer is off, but it's not.
Going through with virtual chat, I received that a page is stuck in the queue. I cancelled all of the items there. Still won't print.
Tried another troubleshoot and got a popup window with 'Failed to extract cab' Below that is: Caliburn.micro.dll...
No idea what that means.
I've tried unplugging , troubleshooting, virtual chat and nothing changes. Has printed 2 test pages, but won't print anything else.
Advice please! And please be as clear as possible for someone who doesn't know much about this.
Thanks!
Carol
