i have done all the steps in replacing the ink cartridge, shutting it down putting new ink cartidge in and out.
It is still giving me an error message stating remove and reinstall to make sure it is correctly installed??
What am I suppose to do now?? This is for a business and I can not move on with my day???

I suggest you update the Printer Firmware from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-4650-all-in-one-printer-series/5447930...
If the issue persists we will perform a Semi Full Reset
