Hi @AAG11,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP OfficeJet 4655 printer is experiencing an issue specifically with printing from your computer. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer via USB cable or Wi-Fi network. If it's connected via USB, try using a different USB port on your computer. If it's connected via Wi-Fi, make sure it's connected to the correct network and try restarting both the printer and your router.
  • Printer Driver: Make sure you have the correct printer driver installed on your computer. Sometimes, driver issues can cause printing problems. You can download the latest driver from the HP website and install it on your computer. Software and Drivers for HP OfficeJet 4655 All-in-One Printer
  • Printer Queue: Check the printer queue on your computer to see if there are any pending print jobs. Sometimes, print jobs can get stuck in the queue, preventing new jobs from printing. Open the printer queue, cancel any pending jobs, and then try printing again.
  • Default Printer: Make sure your HP OfficeJet 4655 is set as the default printer on your computer. Sometimes, printing problems can occur if another printer is set as the default. You can check and change the default printer settings in the Control Panel or Settings app on Windows 11.
  • Printer Status: Check the status of your printer to see if there are any error messages or warnings displayed on the printer's control panel. If there are any issues reported by the printer, try troubleshooting them based on the error message displayed.
  • Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Firmware updates can sometimes fix bugs and improve printer performance. You can check for firmware updates using the HP Smart app or by visiting the HP website. Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Firewall/Antivirus: Sometimes, firewall or antivirus software can interfere with printing. Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software on your computer and try printing again to see if the issue persists.
  • Test Print: Try printing a test page from your computer to see if the issue is specific to a certain document or file. If the test page prints successfully, the problem may be with the original document or file you were trying to print.

I hope this helps.
