Product: HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87640-E87660dn - Base Product 40-60 ppm

Hi all, I am getting a error 49.13.01 on a E87640. Customer stated it was stuck at the boot up screen on 6/8 while loading.

 

After he power cycled the printer I receive 49.13.01. Did the following with no success:

 

1. Updated firmware to latest version

2. Did a partial clean

3. Formatted HDD and reinstalled firmware

4. Replaced HDD and reinstalled firmware

5. Downgraded to the last installed firmware

 

Please note that all tests were done with no network cable or peripherals attached.

 

Anyone know what else I could try?
