I have been printing labels on my printer for a long time now. I have not changed any settings on my end, but the bottom 1/2 inch of my label is getting cut off. I use 4x5 settings with fit to printable area. I noticed in the past week, when looking at the print preview that there is a top margin where there wasn't one there before. While I have all the information on the label for the post office, the label looks incomplete.

@LDuffin
Welcome to the HP support community.
Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?
Did you try to print on regular paper and check if that prints fine?
