4x6 photo printing from iphone

Just set up new Envy 6255 today. I am trying to print 4x6 photos from my iPhone 8 (all iOS updates up to date). The photos keep printing on the 8x10 plain paper. I don’t see anywhere to specify what paper to use. The photo paper is loaded and was confirmed on the printer screen.

I am not sure you do this with the mobile version of HP Smart - but if it is supported, the following might help.

Open the HP Smart software

Click Settings > Printers

Add / Set Up a Printer

Under Preferences

Tray and Paper

Adjust available settings on both main menu and Advanced

Click OK to save changes and exit menu

Continue with View and Print
