I am getting a 50.7 Fuser Error when I turn on my HP Laser Jet Pro 22, what does this code mean?
How can I correct it?

If it is making a crunching sound then likely the hot roller in the fuser is damaged and a replacement OEM fuser is likely as much as a whole printer.

50.7 is an error with the fuser, the component in the printer that bonds the toner to the page. Did you recently have a paper jam? If so there could be bits of debris left that is not allowing the fuser to work properly or you could have an issue with power. Check for paper debris and make sure that you have the printer plugged directly into the wall. Never plug a laser printer into a surge protector or UPS (uninterruptible power supply) as the way they work can cause power starvation for a laser printer.

Thanks for the response. I can't see a paper jam and apparently I have been told that it hasn't worked for sometime now. Like over a year. When I turn it on it sounds like its crunching something inside it. Might just be time to replace it, I think.
