Product: HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer

My 5030 will not print in black and is now in a single cartridge mode. Also the scan facility does not work and just produces a full page of coloured lines. The virtual assistant is just a bot and cannot understand this and I refuse to pay for so-called technical support. I am about to order another printer from Amazon ~ NOT an HP printer...

Anyone with a suggestion?

I now have an Epson scanner which replaces the so-called all-in-one printer but I still have only one ink cartridge...
