Product: Color LaserJet Pro M254dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I keep getting a 55.0602 error code on my Color LaserJet Pro M254dw even after turning the printer on and off. I understand the reset instructions are only available via private message so would like to receive those. Thanks.

Message sent with instructions, although more than likely if you have already unplugged and repowered without the error clearing you may have to replace a board to restore function. You are plugged directly into the wall right?

Thanks. I tried the instructions, and unfortunately I'm still getting the error. I made sure the printer was plugged directly into the wall. Any suggestions on where to go online to buy a replacement board for my model (Color LaserJet Pro M254dw)?
