Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At the end of the school year we purchased a HP Color Laserjet Pro M255dw Wireless Laser Printer. It sat in the box until the start of this school year. It is DOA out of the box throwing a 59.C0 code indicating "a bad motor or Developer motor rotation error". I've tried the online suggestions (removing and replacing toner cartridges and holding the power button for 30 seconds). The error code is persistent. The seller will not offer a return on the DOA item since our summer vacation exceeded the 30 days by two weeks or so. That means we have a non-functioning printer leaving our office in the lurch.

See copy and paste from Amazon order showing ship date of June 30 verify that we've only had the printer for 48 days or so and it's never been used.

If there is a fix, please share. If the unit needs to be replaced, I'm hoping that can happen soon. We've used HP for years without major issues so I'm hoping this problem can be taken care by being fixed or replaced asap. Thank you.
