All models built on the same basic print engine, including the M575, CP 3025 and cm3525 and your M570 are commonly found with this error and the usual cause is a sticking solenoid in the drive assembly. There are many videos on YouTube showing how to diagnose and fix the error and I suggest you check there for instructions.
