How do you re-insert or lower the photo tray on a 6520 printer???
It appears that there is no way to do either,

This video was excellent. It turned out that my problem was a paper jam...an unseen cardboard separator that was in the stack of 4X6 photo papers I had in the photo tray got jammed. Only saw it with a flashlight. My recommendation is to change the error message. You may be able to reinsrt the photo tray but there is no way to lower it on the 6520...so why not say "Re-insert photo tray or check for a paper jam.
Thanks for your help.

Hello, @trigoli – Hope you are well 🙂
Thanks for reaching out. This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.
I understand that you are having a photo tray problem on your Photosmart 6520 printer. I would suggest to take out the photo tray and reinstall the tray and check.
- First, follow http://hp.care/2hpQ3wG to remove the input tray.
- Once done, try removing the photo tray and reinstall the same. You can check http://hp.care/2hpKTAy to reinsert the photo tray to the main tray.
- Restart the printer and check the solution.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
Cheers 🙂
