Paper was jammed and I pulled it out through the bottom of the printer, by lifting the printer up off the table and removing the paper.  This caused the paper spool mechanism to become dislodged.  I opened up the bottom of the printer and re-inserted it into it's proper place.  Now the printer will print one page properly and then spool blank pieces of paper consistently until it jams.  

 

I have tried the resetting solutions I've found on this website, but have not been able to locate the proper solution.

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue and I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
