I am getting the above noted error. I have tried a number of the suggestions from earlier posts:
-restarting,
-shutting off, unplugging & holding the On button for 1 minute and restarting
-removing the cartiridges and replacing and then restarting
I keep getting the same error. It seems to be stuck in an endless loop where it trys to cancel a copy job, then it gives me the error. I have tried updating the firmware but it fails.
Any further suggestions

The error code "0x61011bed" on an HP printer, such as the HP 6700, typically indicates a printer failure or a problem with the printer mechanism. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Reset the printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This process will perform a power reset, which can often resolve temporary glitches or errors.
Check for paper jams: Paper jams are a common cause of printer errors. Open the printer's access door and check for any stuck paper or debris inside the printer. If you find any, carefully remove it. Refer to the printer's manual or HP's support website for specific instructions on how to clear paper jams for your printer model.
Verify ink cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges in your printer are properly installed and have sufficient ink levels. Open the printer's access door and check the ink cartridge status. If any cartridges are low on ink or need replacement, consider replacing them with genuine HP cartridges.

Hi John; Thanks for the reply. It went to my spam folder so I did not notice it for a while. I have tried everything that you suggested. I have turned the printer off, unplugged it and held the on button for minutes multiple times. I cannot find any paper jams. I have removed and replaced the cartidges. I had a spare black cartridge so I installed it. Still getting the same error. The first error message is usually improper shut down, even though I use the on/off buttoon. Then I get the printer failure error. The blue cartridge is getting a bit low but I am reluctant to buy new cartidges if the unit is toast.
