Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new 678 color ink in my Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 is getting an "Incompatible Ink Cartridges" error message. When I put the old cartridge in, there was no error message. QR code on the box has been authenticated. Please help.
