Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I am having trouble with my printer. I am getting the 71.02.4A ERROR and I am not able to resolve it by myself. The ink carrier/ cartridge carrier is stuck, not moving at all by any means. I would really appreciate any help with that issue.

I got the cartdidge holder to slide by unplugging open printer and leaving it in peace for about 2 minutes BUT the problem is not solved, it keeps getting stuck over and over again and the same error occours over and over again.
