@Vane75, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that the printer is in an error state, and I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document HP Ink Cartridges - 'Use SETUP Cartridges' Error to isolate and resolve the issue.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello! Thanks for your message. Excuse me for delay, I have tried today, with no results, because:
First I don’t have ‘set up cartbridge’ 😓
Second i try to update the firmware using pc connected to printer with usb, it says that firmware is already update.
Now i am trying to clean with water the print head.
I have this printer since 2014, but i have done only about copy no. 3600.
Sorry for my english!
Thank a lot for any further advice.

This looks like a hardware issue.
