Hello @Nyree

Have you tried the below steps. Let me know if it worked for you..

Disconnect the printer from the NETWORK

If on wired network : Unplug the  Ethernet cable from back of the printer.

If on wireless network : Power of the Wireless router. Turn off the printer.

Wait for 30 seconds. Turn on the printer.

If the printer is in READY state, on the printer front panel, go to Setup -> Network Setup -> Network Services -> IPv6 -> Off. Turn off the printer. Wait for 30 seconds and then turn on. Try printing , it should work.

Jabzi

After going through two months of issues, taking my Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw to the shop for diagnostics and replacing my COX router; I finally called the COX Home Care tech.  In a few minutes, he found a solution in turning off IPv6 option in the Network Services.

I had to initially turn off the Wireless connection (2) turn off the router and reboot the printer.

While down, I went to the printer Network Settings/Network Services  and turned off the IPv6 (leaving only the IPv4) option.  (You touch the IPv6 option and turn off) then restart.

I then was able to restart router, restart printer and turn the Wireless printer back on in the "Turn Wireless On/Off" settings.

This actually worked!
