Jabzi, I will not click on any links to a google drive folder outside of the HP website. If there is a fix for this issue HP should be posting this on the driver update page for my product. Secretly sending me a link to click on presents a credible security threat to my computer and data. I mean no disrespect but I can't accept any help that doesn't come directly from HP Support. However, there is no way to contact HP via email and calling on the phone will take forever on hold. I am beyond frustrated about this. The HP automatic update has corrupted the printer we invested in and I feel that HP needs to make this right. Especially since many others in this thread have posted the same issue. Where is HP????

I was able to get my printer working again by re-installing the previous firmware. Someone sent me the instructions, but I don't see this on my problem log.
I had to do it a couple of times for it to take--not sure why.
Once you run the firmware installation (on windows just running the .exe file), you can verify it took by running a config report. The firmware Datecode should be 20200612.
Make sure you disable automatic updates or you'll be right back at it again soon.
I had to re-boot my wifi-connected laptop, but it's working again.
What a terrible waste of time and lack of support from HP.

Hello @cadawson
Below are the steps that you need to follow in the order as mentioned ...
Disconnect the printer from the NETWORK
If on wired network : Unplug the Ethernet cable from back of the printer.
If on wireless network :Power of the Wireless router.
Turn off the printer. Wait for 30 seconds.
Turn on the printer. If the printer is in READY state, go to Setup -> Network Setup -> Network Services -> IPv6 -> Off. Turn off the printer. Wait for 30 seconds and then turn on. Try printing , it should work.
Let me know if it worked for you.
