Product: HP 8025 office jet Pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

No error messages, just 8025 cartridge door will not lift as it must for user to access ink cartridges.   right side seems free, left is hung up.   And I don't see how to reply to comments that do not solve the issue.

Hi, I registered just because I had the same problem with the exact same printer and figured it out! As strange as it seems, put the upper scanner lid back down completely and then open BOTH lids at once. The upper lid activated some switch that allows the cartridge cover to open with it.
