Product: HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - A910g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Will not print, but turns out blank pages. I tried aligning print heads & printer hums & churns for 3-4 minutes, turning out blank pages, then says Error. Alignment Failed.

It's time for a new printer, getting a replacement print heads for 8500 will cost you more than a new printer.

Well, I'm pretty sure that it's a computer code issue, for this reason: it had a paper jam, and one of my employees forcefully pulled the paper through, and it hasn't printed anything since then.
