Hp OfficeJet 8600 N911a tried cleaning and installing old print head and new cartridges and clearing errors.  Did not work. Installed new oem printhead assembly with new setup cartridges...didn't like setup cartridges.  Replaced with new ones. Ink cartridges show good but still have error messages.  Tried resetting printhead assembly and cycling power 3 times still no joy. Same error msg.

If you have performed all the steps and still having issues, this could be a hardware issue.
