I'm not religious, but there is a GOD!

I stumjbled through hp.com and actually communicated with HP and got a case number, and a new phone number to call.

I called the phone number ... and it answered on the second ring.  I was immediately suspicious!

The tech didn't instill confidence, and I finally had to read your message to me about "Regionalization Reset" and then he knew what was going on.

He did the reset and I'm printing!

Thank you, thank you, thank you Mr. Headrick!!!

Curses on HP!  Why can't they communicate this problem to us users???

I am glad you got things resolved, my next step was going to be to ask to have your case resolved, which would likely have taken another week.

Sorry about the underlying issue, I would not have done the regionalization this way if HP had asked me.  Unfortunately they did not....

Yeah, I understand.  They didn';t ask me either.

Amazing what stupid things big companies do.
