Although the menu of print sizes includes 8.5x11, it no longer includes 8x10 nor does there seem to be any way to enter those dimensions manually. Anyone know how to do that?

Welcome back to the HP Community Forum.

Which software / application are you using to open, view, configure, and submit the job to the printer?

Where / what is the "menu of print sizes" you are using / referencing?

  • When called from within printing software / applications, Printing Preferences might be called "Printer Properties" / "Shortcuts" / “More Settings” / “Properties” / "Printer Setup" / "Presets" or similar.

Do you have the full driver printer software installed?

If Yes,

Have you already tried uninstalling / reinstalling the printer software?

Paper Size?

Media type?

Is the printer aware of the paper size & type loaded in the printer?

For example, EWS > Tray and Paper

EWS_9025_Preferences_Tray_and_Paper_Management_All_10EWS_9025_Preferences_Tray_and_Paper_Management_All_10

Disregard. Found the 8x10 print option in HP Smart.
