Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I work retail and every one of the new HP 9015/9025/8025 have touchscreen issues ive done everything to fix them including cleaning connections on ribbon cable for LCD and updated firmware and everything. Ive  worked with our regional manager for our HP reps and even he is stumped. PLEASE FIX OR BRING BACK THE 8700 series it was way better. The screens lag or dont respond. One person said it has to be plugged DIRECTLY into the outlet with NOTHING else plugged in and if thats the case how does it qualify for the energy star.
