I'm so frustrated with HP. .  I too like some of the other questions have been duped and allowed someone access to my computer through team viewer.  Previously I had a 8620 I now have a 9015E,  doest print.  Is is possible that the scammer put software on my computer.   ON my HP phone app it says printer needs attention and on my computer which is an MAC and a Ventura operating system,  it just doesn't print,   it says printer not responding, despite the wifi lights being on and blue.

This by the way, is my 2nd 9015E, they sent me another one as the first one just stopped printing, even under copy mode.   It is still under warranty  in the meantime,  I desperately need to print and have already spent over a day trying to figure this out and hired someone to help.  If I cant get it fixed soon, just throwing it away and getting an Epson.  Appreciate any help and at this point I have no idea who to call at HP since I cant seem to find the real HP site that has any information on how to talk to a real person, as opposed to a chat !

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

It's easy to get frustrated when you get into trouble and cannot find a way out.

If you intend to open a Case with HP Support:

HP Support – Hardware / Technical Support for Devices in Warranty

Registered Devices in Warranty:  Select a method and contact HP Support…

Open website  HP World-Wide Support

Select your region and follow the prompts

Regional Links

 USA / Canada >   HP® Customer Support - USA

 UK >  HP® Customer Support - UK

 ---------------------------------------------------

Reminders - READ

  • Case submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.

  • Some regions display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online

  • Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty.  Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.
  • HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.
  • If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.

Important

  • HP Phone numbers you find on the Internet have likely been hijacked.  Old HP phone numbers – those numbers no longer used by HP since the move to “online” case submissions  – might have been taken over by thieves.
  • Do not be a victim.
  • Stay vigilant.

Thank you so much.  I was finally able to connect to a real HP person who helped me to resolve my issue.  I  hope HP could be more proactive with the scamming that is very deeply embedded into their support sites.

You are welcome.

Scam sites are all over the Internet - some are very sneaky and devious in their quest for victims.

HP and other legitimate sites are aware of the rat problem.

I am glad you were able to get the help you needed.

Sometimes, a simple reboot can clear whatever is causing the problem with your printer. Turn off your printer and computer and wait at least 30 seconds before turning them back on. Then test the printer connection after both have fully booted back up, to see if your printer is back online.

Diana
