Product: Office Jet Pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have just installed a new genuine HP 902XL black ink cartridge and printed 3 pages using draft mode. Now there is only 2/3 of a cartridge left. This product should print 825 pages. Has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a solution?

Update the printer firmware
