Hi, I have been only use 902 Black for my office jet pro 6978 and it works. Today I tried to replace 902XL with 902. It doesn't work. Error shows "One or more cartridges are missing or damaged". If I changed back the low-ink 902 used before, this error disappeared. So the issue is probably related with this 902XL. This new 902XL was purchased from Staples and its expiration is 2023/10. How can I fix this or get a replacement?
