This issue has occurred on a couple of other models and has to do with the wireless networking. If you are using wireless network, turn off your router and then restart the printer. If it comes to ready you then want to go to the menus for network settings and disable the TCP/IP V6 protocol. Then you can turn your router back on and restart the printer.

unfortunately this solution is not working. Nor disabeling the wifi, nor disabeling the  IPV6 protocol brings the printer to the 'ready page'. He keeps rebooting and ask to switch off and on.
