HP Office Jet 5252 All in One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased a new HP Office Jet 5252 all in one printer and connected it via a USB port to my home PC. Everything worked fine (the install) and I am now printing away with MS "Word" documents, articles off the internet, emails and the like. All working...BUT MS "Excel" documents will NOT print? I've rebooted the PC and still ALL other items print good BUT NOT "Excel" documents? They will begin printing then just hang after printing about 1/3 of the first page regardless of how many pages the document might be. I cancel the printout then the printer spits out that 1/3 of page one into the printer's stacker. Of course HP says it is a Microsoft issue and Microsoft says they have no problems and it is a printer (HP) issue. Thanks for any help as if this can't be resolved I guess back to the store with this HP 5252 printer.
