Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I have changed all cartridge in my printer.  The colors work but the black does not (new, HP 902XL).  There is ink in the cartridge and it comes out onto my hands.  I have tried all tests, done all things available, and while the color cartridges are fine, the black does not work.

Seeing more and more questions on this model.

 

We are putting new cartridges in from HP and they don't print.

 

Gotta be an issue with the 6978.
