Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

new printer after unpacking and installation shows "Er 59" or "A1-5110 Error turn off and then turn on" (in HP Smart app).

Tricks with switching on/off and unpluging the power cable doesn't work.

Any helpful soul has a solution maybe?
