What exactly are you having a problem with? Setting up the printer, configuring the driver, getting the text to appear in the right place?

Repairatrooper,

I am having problems with all of it.  I think I need a step-by-step guide on what it is I need to do.

I have read that some printers no longer print A2 envelopes, and I hope this is not the case.

Every time I think I have it set up correctly, the printer pulls the envelope in, and then it comes out with no printing.

Please help!  I am so frustrated.  I cannot write the envelopes out due to a hand injury I suffered a few years ago and I need to print approximately 85.

I appreciate any/all help or ideas anyone is able to suggest!

Best,

Tara
