A3 print area is limited to a4 margins

Hi,  whenever i try to print a3 papers always come out limited to the a4 area, and the rest of the a3 paper is empty , i tried making the margins as big as possible and updated my drivers nothing seems to work.  its like the printer doesnt realise it can print a bigger size than a4.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

• What's the application you are trying to print from? 
• Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 
• Have you checked the print preview settings before printing in A4?

To print to fit on different paper sizes, scale to fit the selected paper size, or change the percentage of the original size that prints under Resizing Options on the Features or Effects tab.
 

To minimize or maximize margins: Print close to the bottom edge of the page. This setting is on the Advanced tab.
