Hello HP. I did everything well and using Scan To Email with hp smart. somehow it stopped working and I couldn't fix it. So, I decided to do everything from scratch and now, pairing asks for Security Word.
exactly it says:
Access Delta Program|
Enter Security Word

I don't remember if it asked to set it when I first installed the printer. Also, I was choosing the same word in passwords and everything it asked. so I don't know what to do. I can't pair my printer and I need your help ASAP.

Hello @saba27,

The issue started happening after the automatic firmware update to version 6.28.1.35

What's happening:  While trying scan to email on printer it displayed pairing code to pair the printer.

Customer then visit HP Smart Admin page and start to pair the printer.

At the stage of Printer details, it asked to enter Access Delta Program "Enter Security Word"

Solutions:

we can still successfully onboard the device via the hpsmart.com/connect URL instead of the hpsmart.com/startscan. Once the device is onboarded, you can configure Scan-to-Email as usual via the Admin portal.

I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
