Having ongoing issues with accordion fold jamming as paper moves, it hits the roller on the way out and folds up and then jams another sheet behind it.  I clear the jam and it does the same thing again.  It's very hard to run a small business from home when this happens every day.

A jam like you are describing is typically caused by a roller that is not turning. Are you sure the exit rollers are rotating when the paper gets to them. If not, there is likely an  internal issue with the drivetrain of the printer.
