Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How can I add a new envelope size to HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer? The envelope size A9 is not listed.

Hi,

You would need to create a Custom Paper Size for a such, see 'Create custom paper sizes in Windows > Create custom paper sizes from Devices and Printers' below:

https://support.hp.com/lv-en/document/c03890386

 

Also be sure to open and close the paper tray of the printer and follow the shown prompt, be sure to set the Paper Size as Custom Size from within the printer screen.
