I am unable to do a factory or network reset, it says "You must login to review this page."

 

I am logged in and my account is showing, but I can't get into any of the administration or other EWS options.

 

I am trying to set up the wireless network on this printer, but it will not register and so I am having to use a wired connection.  But HPInk needs a wireless connection to my printer.  So I am unable to use this service till its remedied.

HP3632 Deskjet. Running Windows 10 (64), on a Asus ROG Strix Laptop.  I7-7700Q 2.4ghz 32g Ram.

@Szyzzerz I suggest you try the following combinations to fix the issue:

wireless + cancel button to fix the issue,

 

If that doesn't work or you wish to reset the EWS password, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

 

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

 

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
