Bonjour

Je viens de changer la cartouche d'encre noire HP300 et je n'arrive pas à aligner les têtes.

Les textes présentent une "ombre" sur les documents que j'imprime, sauf sur la page de test.

J'ai lancé  HP Print and Scan Doctor et je retrouve un décalage sur la mire  : les traits noirs horizontaux sont au dessus du cadre bleu !

J'ai refait plusieurs fois la procédure d'alignement mais sans résultat.

Que puis-je faire d'autre ?
