My print quality is terrible. I can print the alignment page but when I place it on the scanner I get stopped at "Alignment failed. To retry the alignment, ensure you have placed the alignment page correctly on the scanner, then click the scan button. Scan . Cancel"
Rescanning results in same loop.
I have tried unplugging and plug back in. It won't get past this error.
