Hp photosmart c2700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer will print correctly on regular printer paper. However, when using thicker paper such as photopaper, cricut sticker paper, or cardstock, the printer exhibits alignment issues. The page will be cut off at the top, usually taking a fair bit of the contents off, and slightly tilted.

I am fairly certain the thickness of the paper is the issue, causing the printer to not feed the page in correctly.

Preliminary troubleshooting has been done according to hp's instructions including:

*Checking paper size and margin configuration.

*Checking and updating relevant drivers.

*Checking the software and file type used when printing,  testing several different options.

*Resetting/ unplugging/ factory resetting the printer

*checking relevant hardware.

*Performing alignment procedure.

As stated above, the printer has no issue with regular printer paper. However, since this is a photo printer specifically, I would like to use it for that purpose too.
