Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have the 3830 printer.  It is printing blurry, sometimes Ok but sometimes blurry. I printed a barcode for fedex and they couldn't scan it. I went under "tools" and printed alignment page.  After it prints, it says: Alignment problem. The alignment page was not detected.  Touch "OK" to continue.  Then I touch Ok, it scans and fails again.  Then it says "default print quality. the cartridges are set to default print quality. Touch OK to continue." I have tried this many times and even restored to factory settings. please help!!!
