Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Printer won't Print the full alignment page. It Prints Lines A and B with no Letters/Numbers as well as only one set of lines. Then lines D, J, M, and N print normally. None of the other lines will print even after all suggested fixes I've seen on other posts. This is the second 3700 series Printer I've had with this issue. It works for a few months then this happens.
