Product: HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Hi,
I had an issue where the printer was in sleep mode and it wouldn't wake up to print and kept saying 'printer busy'.
I then had all the warning lights flashing and warning codes appearing couldn't get it to clear so had to turn it off at the wall and back on again,
then a normal operation was reusmed on startup. Has anyone else had this issue before or if the printer should come out of sleep mode easier?
It is fine now and scans, copies, and prints as normal.
Thank you.
